1302ހ ޒުލްގައިދު 15(1885މ އޯގަސްޓް 26)ގާ، އަލްގާޒީ އިސްމާއީލް ބަހާއުއްދީނު އުއްތަމަ ފަނޑިޔާރު ތަކުރުފާނުގެ ޝަރީޔަތު މަޖިލީހުން؛ ނެލު މޫސާ ފުޅުގެ ދަރި ފުއްކޭގޭ އަބޫބަކުރު ކަލޭފާނު، އޭނާގެ މައިފަރާތު ކާފަ، މުހައްމަދުގެ މިލްކުގާވާ ގަލޮޅު ފުއްކޭގޭ ގޯތިން އޭނާގެ މައިފަރާތު ބޮޑުދައިތަގެ، އޭނަޔާ އެއްބަފާ، ދަރި އަހުމަދުފުޅުއަށްވީ ބައި، އޭނާ އަތުން ގަނެ، މުޅި އެގޯތި އޭނާޔަށް މިލްކުވެފާވާ ކަމާއި، އެމަގަށް ފަތެއް ނުލިޔެއޮއްވާ، އަހުމަދުފުޅު ނިޔާވެފާވާކަމުގާ ބުނެ، އެކަން ބަށްލަވާ ފަތެއް ލިޔެދެއްވުމަށް އެދުމުން؛ އެކަން ބެއްލެވިއިރު، އެގޯތީގެ 2/1ކަމުގާވާ، އަހުމަދު ފުޅުގެ ބައި، އަބޫބަކުރުއަށް ވިއްކާ އަގުހިފާ ހަލާސް ކުރިކަމުގެ އިގްރާރު، އަހުމަދުފުޅު ދުނިޔޭގާ ހުރެ، ނައިބު ބޭކަލުންގެ ޝަރީޔަތު މަޖިލީހަށް އުފުލާފާވާ ކަމުގާ ސާބިތުވެ، އަދި އަހުމަދުފުޅުގެ ދަރި ފާތުމަތުފުޅު އޭނާގެ މަންމަ މަރިޔަމްފުޅުގެ އެއްބަސްވުމާއިއެކު، އައްސުލްތާނު ހަސަން ނޫރައްދީނުގެ ދަރުބާރުން ދެއްވާފާވާ އެގޯތީގެ އިހު ފަތުންވެސް މިލްކުވެރިކަން ސާބިތުވުމުން؛ ގަލޮޅު ބާޑީ ދަށުން ހިނގާ މަގާ އިންވެ އުތުރުން، އައްމާނެވީންހުރިގޯތި ކިޔާ ގޯއްޗާ އިންވެ އިރުން އޮތް ފުއްކޭގެގެ މުޅިގޯއްޗަކީ ނެލު މޫސާފުޅުގެ ދަރި ފުއްކޭގޭ އަބޫބަކުރުގެ މިލްކެއްކަމުގާ ބަޔާން ކޮށް، އެތާގެ އިމާއި މިން ހިމަނާ، ލިޔެފާވާ ފަތުގެ ނަކަލެއް.
