Court order arranging for the division of a plot of land owned by Kulhudhufushi Hussein Thakurufaanu on the road to the sea on the left side of Machangoalhi Rahdhebai Magu. It is stipulated that it be divided between his children: Hawwaabee Ahannmaabe and Vaathee Ahannmaabe- and his wife Hawaafaanu- after which the remainder shoudl be sold to Dhon Alikileyfaanu- son of Rinboodhoo Dhonmoosa Hatheebu Thakurufaanu. Kulhudhufushi Hussein Thakurufaanu also endowed palm trees and other assets to his descendants. On the reverse is written a note recording that the order of the court was executed on October 23- 1953- and copied by Elaa.
