The dispute arose between the children of Feevaku Ḥasan Thakuru and the relatives of Goidhuu Umar Thakurufānu. Upon investigation of the matter- it was found that ownership had passed from Umar Thakurufānu to the children of Thunbulhi Thaturufānu.
